We hope your experience with us is nothing short of amazing. Most people never have the opportunity to build the home of their dreams, and our goal is to guide you through this process and bring your vision to life.

We stand by our process of making all design selections up front. This approach saves valuable time during construction, offers greater flexibility for clients who travel, and minimizes the number of allowances in your contract. While changes can still be made during the build, this process helps keep them to a minimum and ensures a smoother, more efficient experience.

Step 1
Buyer selects lot to purchase.
Step 2
Builder makes a site visit to the property to discuss lot preparation costs.
Step 3
Sales assists the buyer’s gathering pictures and information For the 1st meeting with the architect.
Step 4
Sales works with the buyers and architect to complete plan drawings. This can sometimes take several months.
Step 5
At this point we can give you a rough estimate what this home will price out at “before” all design decisions, these design decisions can make the price considerably different depending on your specific taste.
Step 6
Lot prep costs and engineering are paid for up front, as well as all design fees. At this stage you will start interior design meetings. When the selection booklet is complete, we will send your home out for bid to get your price.
Step 7
When pricing is complete that is when we are ready to execute a contract.
Step 8
Home Construction Begins!
